I ordered a (a blue suit) product on 26th Jan and it got delivered a wrong product (denim and tshirt/top)on 3rd Feb. I initiated return under reason ” completely wrong product” still when pick up/delivery service agent came he said that as product is not same as compared to the picture so they REJECTED the pick up. Then I contacted Customer care they said they have taken measure , so return would be hassle free. But again pick up/delivery service agent said as image of product is different so pickup/return was cancelled. Again contacted customer care, same resolution. then again rejected. So 4 times return was not accepted. Calling customer care, waiting on Hold for 20 min then customer support says its my fault to accept wrong product. How I am supposed to know whats inside the opaque packet and why did you give that option of return of wrong product when you are not accepting the return.
