i had placed order for kielz golden sandal in 36 size, mrp 499 rs. they sent me 40 size product. so i asked for replacement of same product in correct size. when the reverse pickup person came to my address, however, by mistake , i gave him a parcel containing another sandal that i purchased from amazon costing 2500 rs. the person did not check the contents and took the parcel as such. now when i am asking paytm to return that parcel to me and collect the original product sent by paytm, they are telling replacement product is on the way. they are not returning my personal parcel costing worth 2500 rs, which is not even sold on paytm. please return that box to me and collect the paytm sandal of 40 size.
