Text of Complaint by Biswajit Majumdar:

Dhani is simply doing unethical business or cheating the customer. I am also facing the same problem for the last 2 months or so. They are not returning my money for the failed transaction even after complying their unwanted procedure which violates the business norms. As per laid down procedure the money should be credited back to the customer’s account from where it had been paid at the time of placing the order. It is followed for other merchandise site. Money gets back without follow up for others. But for Dhani store it is not happening neither they are returning back even after so many follow ups.
