Text of Complaint by Prabodh Kumar Shaw:

I have purchased smart watch from firebolt on 26.11.23, from January 2024 continuously I was sending regarding issue of the item and asking for replacement, one month later item replaced and delivered on 15th Feb-24. Now, company intensionally sent me the pink colour smart watch, instead of my earlier colour blue or they can might be replace with other colour instead of pink. Again I have contacted dated 16th Feb to their care offical told me share me the invoice,colour and video of the same, on the return mail on same day I have sent all details,but now they sending mail that we will not sent again. Than I just simply saying brand like firebolt doing such type of harassment to the consumers, we people and our income is not in that much , that we purchased another one. My request to take immediate action against company, knowingly placed such type of item and now denied to replace the same, I just saying which colour I have purchased earlier kindly replace the same colour or similar apart from pink, all colours are available in their website and shoping site also, now they also excuses that colour was not available at our store. The same matter I will raised my voice and experience to all social media site that people should stop buying from such Brand.
