I ordered
Blue Star 1 Ton Portable with Multi Sensors, Self
Diagnosis Hydrophilic Gold Fins for Protection AC –
White, Grey PC12DB | PC12DB | 10 day
Replacement Guarantee ** | IMEI/SrNo: [[PC12DB]]
,Order ID OD328353228068838100 but I received entirely different model of the product. I then requested
flipkart people to replace/return it they told me that they will provide me resolution on or before 7 days , on next day of complaint the request was denied and after conversation they reopened request and told me that they told me that they will provide me resolution on or before 1 july , after 20th june i literally started getting missed calls & blank calls from flipkart and a message that we are unabIe to contact you i once contacted to know update they told me that investigation is in process i waited. On 30th june they contacted me and told that we can not return or replace without any genuine region then after some time i reopened issue and then they said policy is over . I cooperated flipkart executives but they completely dissatisfied me with their behavior , response and the way of monitoring issue.
Please help me out with this serious issue.
