I have purchased an “Dell Backpack #6099381279” from payTM Mall on 24th Sep 2018. but the product was totally fake so returned it back the next day. paytm executive collected the item and i got an sms also that the product was successfuly returned and you will received the refund. but now its been exactly 1 month and still i havn’t received refund in my account send lots of complaint on payTM for the same and all the time im getting response that “we are working on the same” and about 17 days ago payTM executive asked me for the bank details i have given the details also and then i got revert that they have processed my refund and it will reflect in acount within 14 days but today is the 17th day after providing the bank details and still i havn’t received that refund and yesterday on 23 Oct 2018 i again send compaint to paytm and this time also i got the same reply like “we are working on the same”.
