Text of Complaint by VATTIMALLA VISHAL:

for self shipping ajio has to give me shipping charges, ajio has credited those money into my wallet in transferable account, which means those money can be transfer into bank account.
but they are refusing to transfer saying those money is non transferable.
before self shipping I have confirmed by calling ajio that those money can transfer in bank account and they said yes for it, but now they are refusing
