once i use my paytm wallet to tickteting purpose from howrah to giridih money was deducted but i did not get the ticket after complaining more than 20 times they till now not refund my money back. they always tell me to call wallet service there they call me to call train ticketing service they once take time for ten days but they did not respond after calling me they again ignoring me and telling me that i will solve your problem but till now nthng happen. once i call them they said me on that day there is smthng went wrong order placed wrong money sent wrong but they did not help me.
