I’m very disappointed for the very first time from flipkart end. I’ve order 2 kurta Pyjama and I’ve received totally different product. I’ve applied for return several times but it has been already been rejected 2 times. I’ve also attached so many pictures of the product but they are rejecting it by saying add proper picture. I just want to ask you i think delivery executive must have taken the picture while handing over the product to me at the time of asking pin for the delivery please ask him whether he has delivered the wrong product or not. I’m again attaching the screenshots and picture of your product.
Seller is continously rejecting the return request. I know they will not accept and keep on telling that picture is not clear.
Please refund my amount as there is no fault from my end. I’ve shared so many images on X as well as in flipkart app of the product which I’ve received. I don’t want to move legally regarding this. If you want crosscheck you may also ask your delivery boy for the picture which he has clicked at the time of delivery. I know seller will never approve the return request and keep on rejecting by saying that picture is not clear. Please i request you to refund this amount.
