I ordered ‘Metal Gear Solid HD Collection’ for PS Vita on Amazon.in from Ergode India on 16th February 2021 for Rs. 4,003. I received the game on 25th February 2021. I received the game with no official packaging or MRP tag, it came as a used Import copy. A slight scam like that can be ignored if the game works fine but IT DOESN’T. As soon as I inserted the PS Vita Game Card into my PS Vita System, a japanese version of ‘Toukiden’ started to install. I was confused and worried. I contacted Customer Service multiple times and they either refused to launch an investigation or straight up shut me down like they were my boss and disconnected the call. They refused to provide me with a reason why they won’t refund or replace my order and instead protected the sellers, acting like I was trying to cheat them. Providing me with a reason why they can’t refund/replace is okay, but SHIFTING BLAME TO THE CUSTOMER FOR PURCHASING ON AMAZON IS NOT. I’m so mad at this behavior from the CS Agents. It was not my fault that I bought it from Amazon… I trusted them. Just refund or replace my product and I’m done with Amazon India.
