I have ordered one trouser from flipkart on 15th March and the deadline of return policy was till 25th March. I want to return the product for size fit issue and I tried to return it 4 times from 16th March to 20th March. But all the times my return got cancelled. It’s not my fault because I have all the bills and tags and their is some process of flipkart that the pickup agent has to match STYLE CODE which is written on the tags. But I don’t know why all the 4 times It got mismatched. I reached flipkart to customer support on call but due to no resolution, I mailed several times to their grievance officer and dm’s and tweets to flipkart support on Twitter. 11 days have been passed but till today which is 26th March, No resolution and response is their from flipkart.
