Sir, i am Kishan Singh
Recently i order a CASIO Analog Watch & Received an Empty Box.
sending mail daily that i received empty box & not received my watch but Executive don’t listen to me & don’t call me back with an update.
I have an Unboxing video for proof. I send them the video.
On 26Dec they send me a mail that they want my ID so i gave tham my Aadhaar photo but they don’t give my refund in 48hours as they promise & west my time.
Don’t test my patience i am irritated with there ignoring.
So, please give me my valuable money back.
i contacted there customer care executive and say that I want refund but the Rise a return request.
I don’t know which tipe of service & executive you have they don’t know what they want to do.
So,there blaming me for there executive fault.
Now i will see them in Court.
