Dear SOD
We have mention the address but your delivery persons has reached wrong address as per your concern and by mistekenly we have mentioned two Adress but we discussed with Zomato customer from the refund applied the customer desk advise will try to give refund
Please check we. Have not used your food order and not able to take the order as per same place check my previous orders and all history of Zomato food purchase a lot time unfortunately this having mistake delivery and customer care not advise for no refund Applicable otherwise will take my order with my neighbours they inform to try it
This is blech of cheating my order not Delivered correctly address and not refund by Zomato

This meant that i ordered from zomato from my address at 20.43 pm in evening for birthday .i wait for it but they did not provide it and unilaterally cancel it without asking me.After contacting they told me that rider cancel the order due to location was not available.but i told them that i clearly mention address in my order as well as this is well known place in delhi and have grater connectivity theough one of busiest road of Delhi.it seems they did deliberatly to harasss me.i want to file a case agaisnt zomato to spoil my weekend. and mentallly harass me afterwards by their customer care.
