I had order a flo orthopedic mattress on dated 15 sep’23 order no is but during confirmation call flo customer care said that they are not able to send mattress of that measurment & after my concern they cancelled my order on 15 sep’ 23 They told me that your payment will refund in 4 to 5 days but after that when i call & mail flo mattress they apologise for delay & told that payment will refund upto 26 to 27 sep after crossing their refund day again I mailed @ talk with Mr. Sathark (refund team flo mattress), again he applied & told me that your payment will refund with in 2 days. Again & again they give me a date but not refund my payment, it is very stressful & irritating situation for me.
