Yesterday I ordered from Zomato- Pizza Hut and Didn’t receive my full order. Also, the partial order which I received was so pathetic but anyways you’ll say that food making etc etc,.
I am a gold member of your Zomato, If I knew you’d treat me same as a normal member why would I buy a gold membership? I haven’t received Pepsi. I need a refund for the things which I didn’t receive but was in my order.
Pepsi was of 57 rupees, they just gave a refund of 30 rupees, we earn to eat and save but when I didn’t even receive a single drop of that pepsi why even deduct 27 rupees from my money. I need full refund of 57 rupees, you’ve already refunded 30, refund the rest of the amount as well. It was a add on like this as you can see in the attached screenshot
