Text of Complaint by Nagarajan:

I registered for the VIP shaadi services in shaadi.com and the contact person was Tanveer (+91-9372771634) and I clearly discussed when I would be available and my criteria for the groom.

To be precise, 3 times I went through the validation process over and over again with 3 different teams and 2 of those teams reached out to me when I was not available ( my office hours) and had repeated my time availability again to the 3 teams again .
I went over the groom criteria with 2 different teams – same process over and over again for 2 times and I repeated my time availability 2 times.

Yet I am assigned an agent who does not have any clue about when I am available for a call.

Tanveer had mentioned, he would be my point of contact and will reach out regularly. However I was the one who had to keep following up with him and he did not give me any calls until I complained.
There is so much chaos in their system and process.

Several teams work and they are clueless on what progress the other team has made with the customers. Any agent can call the customer at any time , they dont bother to check availability of customers or the progress , the other team had made.
Clearly , They dont have any history maintained and hence I have to go through the same process over and over again.

Working with such a disorganized system and team has increased my mental agony even before starting the service and I have lost trust that you can provide reliable service.

In order to protect myself from further agony , I would like to cancel my VIP membership and I would like a 100% refund back and also please unlock my profile.
