I had booked bus ticket from Jaipur to Noida on 18th feb but the bus operator called me and said i have to cancel my tickets as bus got cancelled fue to accident.

So i have so many concerns that either they should have provided the refund immediately or else should have arranged an alternate option .But no..

We had to cancel our tickets  and book new ones. So if in case. We did not have money to book new ticket then?

And then also., i cooperated with them and booked  new tickets and they told  that refund will be inititaed within 72 hours.  So i called them after 72 hours  and they told to wait for another  24 hours and then after 24 hours they told to wait more and then again… Still waiting  and received no revert from them.
