Text of Complaint by Monika Garg:

Very very disappointed with customer support, no solution provided to my status from last 45 days I am continuously calling to get the refund for my order but too much waiting time. Everytime I called they just said wait for 24 hours and do nothing for the solution.

When I received the product I raised the return request as I received wrong product then pickup agent decline for pickup then I call to customer care to tell that I received wrong product after that they said please raise return request again we will pick up the product that time and product was picked up by their agent as I received message for the pickup and also got the call from pickup agent same I shared in screenshot.

After that I continuously called to get the refund of the product but not received. After few a days they said we return the product then you will have to raise the return request again I said ok but they didn’t return the product.

Now after 45 days later they said we didn’t picked up the product. I attached the screenshot of the pickup message and call received from pickup agent then I provide the product to him.

I am requesting you to help me to get the refund of the product.
