I placed an order in swiggy on Nov 18th . The order has been cancelled twice money is deducted from my account till today ( 22nd Nov) I did’t receive the refund amount. I sent multiple mails to swiggy and also spoke with customer support still no help from their end.
The order amount is 210 I placed the order twice total 420rs need to be refunded.
I have attached screenshot of my cancelled order and order id details please find the attachment
