I have ordered an jacket on paytm on 22nd dec, but returned it late and hence paytm initiated a refund of amount 2022 rupees on 26th december against reference number 835642459884. But refund is not deposited in my account and its like more than a month. I am constantly approaching paytm customer care and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Have submitted my bank statement also, still not ready to do anything. I consider paytm as a fraud now and want a legal action against them
