my brother received a message on his mobile the price drop of a tab Telecast T30 and a link was send and asked me to order the same and I ordered the product and paid Rs. 2499.00 from my bank account through my debit card. The payment was successful of Rs. 2499.00 on 09/08/2020. After successful payment a mail from helptapgig@gmail.com for the confirmation of purchase with order no. MS1072. After that I send 2 mails on the same mail but no reply at all of dispatch nos any sms. Please help or otherwise refund the amount.
