I ordered monitor order No 407-8765064-3713151 ( Acer EK220Q 21.5 Inch (54.61 cm)) and one mobile Order Number: ( 407-8765064-3713151 one Plus Nord 2T 5G) on 04/05.2023 from Amazon.in and delivery of the both product was expected on 06.05.2023.
Company sent both the product in one package but I received only monitor in the package and delivery boy told that phone is missing from the package. I had recorded video of delivery boy in which he was accepting that his name is Aman and mobile is missing from the package. I raised the complaint with Amazon customer services on the same day I received the incomplete package.
And i was told by the customer that they would resolve the matter by 10.05.2023.
Now I talked to customer services and they replied that there was not any problem in package and package is delivered completely.
I am sending the video of delivery boy in which he is accepting that the package I received was without mobile. Please do the needful action as soon as possible . I am raising the same fraud done by the company with me in consumer forum.
