Sir i order food from zomato online but my food was not delivered to me and status is showing that food is delivered to you and mode payment is online through google pay.when i called the delivery boy well in advance that i m on a train and it will be there only for 10 min he reply okk sir pakka aajaunga .I called him regularly but he make me full on every call .My train was left the station but my food was not delivered.Next day I call him for my refund then they reply put a complaint on zomato they will return ur money .This much harassment is given by that person .Next time i will ensure not to delivered food from zomato because this type of facility cant be bear from the brand like zomato.
