i ordered food in eatclub app at 1:15am, i waited for 2 hrs for food, at 2:55am app shows food delivered but I didn’t received food, I called many times to delivery partner, he didn’t answered. Tried to connect in customer service but they didn’t responded, at 10am in morning I once again contacted customer care, they said they only provide refund in app credits, i asked for money but they not providing, at least I asked for double benefit in app incase of they provide refund, that also they say no, i paid for food, Money waste, sleep waste and time waste
