I had purchased Samsung galaxy J6(Gold 32 gb) on 31 st may 2018 with order id OD212454600573071000 with a cashback offer of Rs 1500 from Icici bank.I had purchased the product using my icici credit card as described in terms.I waited till 20 th October 2018 which was last date of cashback being credited to account.I contacted flipkart customer care several times but got response that I was eligible for cashback but I was not credited till date.Kindly do the needful so that I get the cashback and please do direct flipkart not to provide false offers.Attaching relevant documents.
