purchased iphone 11 worth rs 47999.00 on date : 16/10/2020.
Complaint number: 0527668630. for amazon customer care (raised on 25 oct 2020)
order no: 405-3825669-0997929, invoice no: IN-AMD2-218117
OFFER: 1) instant discount by credit card – which is received (2) bonus offer 01- to avail this i have make single transaction of rs 30000 plus – which not received 1250 rs
i have ask for that so many time and they reply
1_ we will deposit it on your amazon ac within 3 business day after dispatch, that was mention in amazon website also
2_ your are eligible to get cash back but give us time ( check attached file on 25 oct 2020 mail )
3- your are eligible to get cash back but give us time ( check attached file on 03 nov 2020 mail )
4 – your are not eligible and sorry for our mistake ( check attached file on 24 nov 2020)
not this is fraud with me on time of purchase. as they want to give me case back and now they don’t
