I did a online recharge on my mob number on 22nd oct 2018 of rupees 569. And uptill now I was not able to get the services of 569 recharge. So I called the c.care they said after 22nd you have again done a recharge of 159 on 26th oct 18 so the services of 569 are not activated and if you want the 569 services again recharge with rupees 569. Infact I have not done any recharge after 22nd. I don’t know how it came from. And I also asked the information regarding from where the 159 recharge is done. None of the ccare guided or helped me. Instead of deactivating the 159 services they said again you recharge with 569. This is really bad.
