Text of Complaint by Tania paul:

Sir my niece km tania paul was ordered one jeans amounting to rs 4999 FROM FLIPKART (Order I’d OD225796551657011000) The item was with 10 days return option . But when she wanted to return the item due to size issues she suddenly found that the return option is off. But unfortunately it was not marked in the status as delivered & upto 5/09/2022 it was shown as ready to ship.for that reason no return option was generated. & From 26/08/2022 several complaint was raise through your customer care representative.& They always mentioned that not to worry it will be resolved within 48 hours. But on 6th September suddenly found that seller has cancelled the return option due to expiry of return date. But after delivery it was shown as ready to ship upto 5 th September. I am complaining since received the material on 26/08/2022 for creating the return option so that I can return the material due to size fit issue. In this context i already send more than 15 mail to your grievance team & also contacted your customer care teams for disposal the issue by creating return option in the my order section..i am giving the details. Name Tania paul. being a costly item with return option off she found herself very tensed.Sir it is not the fault of consumer as they mentioned that due to d an unusually high number of returns in her purchase history. But it is not true as their was no scope of consumer to initiating return option due to non availability of return option of the order section it was not updated as Delivered in the portal rather which was shown ready to ship upto 04/09/2022. As i mentioned earlier On 05/09/2022 one customer care representative asked me whether i wanted to refund or replaced the items. As the complaint was more than 12 days without any fruitful action to avoid any further harassment i opted him for refund . Sir initially my niece wanted for return for replacement of size but due to system failure it was not possible.
Sir the materials was purchased by my niece a little girl by saving her pocket money ( her mother is only earning member as her father was expired long days before) for wearing it Durga puja festival. but suddenly the decision of flipkart makes her very depressed.
Sir it is my request if it is not possible to refund the money may kindly REPLACED THE items . ( from size 29 t0 27) so that she could enjoy the Festival
