| I had ordered two items from Amazon.in on 28th September 2019 and 4th October 2019, under an offer which mentioned for purachases above ₹50,000 within the offer period, I will receive a cashback of 10% upto ₹10,000. The total value of these products is around ₹64,000 which leads to a cashback of ₹6,400. Out of this, ₹2,000 was received instantly on ordering the mobile phone (OnePlus 7T wide order # 407-1348818-6615505) but the remaining cashback for the LG Washing Machine (order # 403-6393436-1643548) was supposed to be credited by 5th January 2020 but hasn’t been done yet after more than 6 months of delay and even after multiple calls and emails to the Customer Service team. |
