This message is to inform you that I have faced a worst experience of my life with amazon.
I have ordered One plus 7t few days back. Yesterday my order was dispatched from Amazon Jaipur local office.
I called the delivery agent yesterday morning and told him to deliver at 11 AM in my delivery address, he said he will call me once reach to my address but I didn’t received any call from the delivery person and he give the wrong message to local office that I’m not available at that place.
This is the horrible experience of Amazon. Local delivery agent Gave my product back to local amazon city office without gave me any call. My whole day went without getting my mobile and the delivery person told me to format the phone, I did the same due to this I faced a lot of problem
Today my experience going more worst with Amazon. In morning I have received the message that my product will delivered today. When delivery person came to my location, he denied for handling me the order, He said my order is cancelled by the Amazon, Why you have cancelled my order without my permission. Is this your services!!!you all are playing with customers
Now I don’t need this product from Amazon, please cancel my order. Order details mentioned below
Secondly I’ll definitely file a case against amazon India surely by tomorrow
As well as social media is the big place to show your actual services, I will definitely put a complaint on twitter and other social apps.
I save other clients time and money
To be very clear I want my money back within 2 working days without fail.
