Text of Complaint by Utti Sai Venkata Sarath:

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have ordered 7 items from amazon on 8th August 2020 and the estimated date of delivery is 20th August 2020. Now on 26th August after complaining that I have not received my items, amazon informed that the products might have damaged in logistics there by I have to cancel my order.  They have wasted my valuable time for more than a week without informing me that to cancel or re-order those items. These kind of experiences are not new for me with amazon. I request you to consider this complaint against Amazon and take strict actions against them or disturbing me and wasting my time and for lying about product delivery dates.
