My name is pankaj parashar and i am working in your company as delivery partner. But i have faceing many problem , some issues related to marchent and some issue to related to customer but many issues related to our reach support team and customer care department.Sir if there any order assigned his all ditel come to company as like delivery partner and customer call recording and chatting delivery partner and reach support that whyThe order not deliver on time some time customer not answering the call and address is incomplete and many time map location and customer location different.But in this case first off all i informed our T L and reach support then they said me deliver order as customer location but last 4 days my I D is blocked.First inform that your id is off due to bag and t-shirt but there is a problem a sir, when i come online in morning i gave a selfie to zomato app and sometime when i pick the order to marchent and some time when i deliver the order to customer then zomato app ask me selfie.If someone not wear the mask 2 times then is id is closed All this will do your team so Sir Verifi kiya how many person wear the mask and how many no.Don ‘t they see them that we’ re also wearing a zomato T-shirt and bag. Because of problm my id close for 3 days. Yesterday evening my bag and tshirt problm become solve but i have faceing another problem Whenever I try to come online then zomato send me notifications terminated due to high cumulative score. I talked to team leader then they told me that At last week I have delivered 19 orders late. What i do sir Sir Due to any reason why all this orders are delying & when order was delivering I have told tl & reach support And they have told me to deliver at the location where the customer is calling.Now you tell me the delivery day itself these all know all the things Ki order late what’s happened is not picking up calls because of a wrong location or a customer is calling and when they’ve speaked. I’ve gone to another location where the customer is speaking.Why is my id being terminated due to all these things All this chatting reach support know all. if he is not fake he can listen recording.Sir i have just one request to youIf posible then early fast give my id activate.
