Text of Complaint by Mohan Singh:

I am extremely sorry to say this that your company is a big time fraud and cheater.

I placed an order and later on I got to know that I have placed the order for wrong item so I wanted to make some changes in that I approached both Zomato and restaurant but no onen helped me and there was option coming in to cancel the order though my order was not yet even prepared so I cancelled the order with a thought I will get my money back.

I spoke to one executive over the chat and I got to know that entire amount will charged as penalty since I have requested to cancel the order.

This is really rediculous as I have never heard with any other company like this and now I want that same amount back else I am going to consumer forum, plus I will ofcourse put all this on social media and make ZOMATO’S name worst
