Hi,
I purchased product symphony cooler cost Rs. 10300 approx from tata cliq around 1.5 month back.
It was damaged and therefore had returned the product. It takes a month to return after many chaser.
It was picked up on 17th april.
They did not provide any sms after pick up of product till now.
Neither they refund the amount back.
After constant sending mail…they say they are working on same, but nothing has been resolved yet.
