I Booked flight ticket from Paytm using SBI master debit card on 27 March 2019 but cancelled it next day…The amount of rs 4790 was supposed to be refunded..still not got the refund yet called Paytm customer care many time …they are say my amount has been initiated I should contact bank…I contacted SBI home branch as well as SBI customer care but they are saying that amount is not been initiated by Paytm yet…my issue is not yet resolved by paytm…
