I had ordered the shirt worth 1770 rupees
But AJIO ONLINE sent me different product than I ordered
So I complain about that issue and sent them product snap shot
And than they agreed for different product shipping to me
So they took back the product but after 15 days they told me they can’t provide refund because the product is different …..they changed their mind in 15 days
And reshipped product to me and now almost 2 month no any responce or resolution from customer care all time they give excuse that problem will resolve by 2 days ……
Now my return window is also closed due to customer care
I jad lost my money
