Text of Complaint by Dimple:

the fraudulent activity that I have been experiencing with either Amazon or their delivery team. I have recently returned a product as it was not matching with what was shown on Amazon’s app. However, after 10 days of the return, I have been informed that the order has not been returned properly.

When I inquired about the reason for the same with your customer care, I was told that the product is not matching, and the call was disconnected. This is an absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional response from Amazon. I have never experienced such fraudulent activity in my life, and I feel highly disappointed with the service that I have received.
I want to make it very clear that I have returned the product correctly, and it’s not my fault if there has been any discrepancy. It may possible that order is replaced by delivery boy. I demand a full refund for my product as per the company policy. I also expect an immediate investigation into this matter, and appropriate action taken against those responsible
