Hello my booking id is -ENK24166 .
I am really frusted and feeling like a harassment is going on i booked my room on friday with oyo Dalhousie , when i went there on friday there were no rooms available so i had to cancel and because i have paid online i was getting a partial refund of rs 589 . I had a talk with the helpline they said thay are initiating a full refund but later from past two days the refund is being cancelled or failed for some reason when i contacted the helpline they said that its a technical error from your side . Everyday calling oyo helpline amd asking why did this happen is being a harassment for me everyday someone is initiating a refund and everytime is getting cancelled it’s been a trouble lately i want you to check into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible .
