It’s really very unfortunate to tell you that I’m not getting any support from Airtel customer care as well as Airtel outlets also, when approaching them to downgrade my plan to 399.
Even Airtel thanks app also not showing the 399 plan in its options while it’s available in the market.
Please help me with that or suggest if there is any other procedure to downgrade my plan. Or let me know how to escalate this.
