SIR,
In continuation remainder III on 14.06.20 i here by reqest you i have send a letter to you regarding not in received the mobile which was orders last week but still date i have not received any reply or mobile from your side.
What happened did you send or not other wise please return my amount of Rs. 2999.00 immediately.
I have purchase a mobile Model of Redmi Note 7 PRO Neptune Blue 64GB (6GB Ram) through online payment of Rs.2999 (using Debit card) order No: PDS 5344 via your website Adv. in facebook.
But Still date i have not received mobile phone As well as any calls from your side. I wonder what happan kindly reply nor deliver the mobile Phone urgent.
If Not So kindly return the amount otherwise I file a case against you.
