I ordered a cake on 23 feb around 11:50 pm from zomato in app it was showing that coupon of 100 will be added in my account if i would not get the order before 12:43 pm and as i checked in the app that no delivery agent was assigned to that order so we left the place where we want to get order deliver and there is no cancel button on the app at around 1:15 the agent call me but I refused to pick the order so I got the call from zomato coustmer representative and he asked why you cant pick the order and assured me to process the refund and will be credited to my account in 48 hours abd now they are telling me that it is cancellation fee and had cut the phone after that and replying that it will not be refunded in any chance
