Hi Sir,
I ordered on paytm on 22nd September and cancelled that order on 24th September and they said that they refunded the amount on 24th September to me but still i did not get any payment, I talked to our bank and they said that Paytm did not send any payment, I sent my bank statement to Paytm also as they asked but still not any response from them, they are saying that payment is done check with Bank, bank said no payment from paytm, so where should i go, pls help me out. I attached a copy in this complained.
