I had order of smart watch worth rs.451/- from Meesho online shopping mobile application.
I paid by cash rs. 451/-
When i got product it’s like used product so I requested to return immediately, they returned on next day 01/03/22. I found status in app that refund is processed on 2nd March and amount will get back within 3-4 working days in my bank account which I given to him.
Till today i am not getting refund even though so many calls and emails done.
I sent him screenshot of bank transaction.they told we processed payment but I am not received.
What i should do now?
