Text of Complaint by Ratnesh Ladda:

We 3 friends done the booking at Collection O Hotel Kiwi International . From 27 April to 1st may Yesterday the fire took place nearby so the hotel electricity not there from yesterday so canceled our booking 2days booking I.e 29 and 30 April and the customer care of oyo done our booking at another hotel but this hotel not giving us refund as they are telling we not got the mail to refund the money.
