My flight id with mmt Booking Id: NF79196260546514.The air Asia didn’t operated due to lockdown. I didn’t get refund after many consumers call to mmt.when I have asked to air Asia about the refund.They said that they had initiated the refund to mmt.Mmt said they wiill refund the money by 13 November .Till date,I didn’t receive the refund back.
The amount was 11912 .I want refund or reschedule of flight
