Ever since i have taken a personal loan from india bull dhani organisation, i am facing various difficulties to solve any issue. There is no proper reply from their customer care. They don’t even value of the time of customers spending to resolve any issue through your customer care executives.
Recently i have asked for ex-gratia payment that government has declared and after so many follow ups , the so called oraganisation has credited the amount but further there is no consideration of effect of that amount on my loan account. Thay just credited the amount but not deducted from my oustanding balance. Even after following-up with various custormer executives for so many times, the issue is still not resolved.
Also let you know that your organisation provide pathetic service to its customers. No proper answers, no responsibilities and thay dont even have the knowledge about the system and ask for mail for any issue from the customers.
I am fed up with follow-up that i have to make to get my loan clearance certificate. I will issue the demand notice to the concern departments for the cost and time that i waste if this will not resolved.
