Coolpad cool 3 mobile was purchased in September 2019 from Amazon and after a few months with in the warranty period it developed touch screen and 3.5 Jack issues and as there was/is no service Center nearby to repair, correspondence and complaints were made but till now we did not receive any communication as to how to resolve the issue
