Hi,

I am waiting this mail with so fed up with the red bus ap service, I booked my journey on 30th November but till now I didn’t get my invoice details pdf to my mail ID.
I already complaint via customer support call and waiter for first time 48 hrs and next 24 hrs but not use for me.
Today also I called customer support but they said we are still working
Is that customer will wait 6 days for just an invoice this is not at all acceptable.
I have to submit my invoice copy to get my claim amount for my official Travel but it getting delayed due to your inefficiency service.
After two times complaint still now I get any reply call or message regarding my complaint.
