On Monday 27th april 2020 i observed i’m not getting incoming calls and incoming messages. When someone tries to call me they get message saying “not reachable” I contacted vodafone customer support and they said network team will fix the issue in 24-48 hours. From 27th april till 2nd May 2020 i contacted vodafone support everyday however every time a new agent answered my call and said will engage network time. When i asked for complaint number they said they can access the system as they are working from home due to COVID. Till now 8th May my issue has not been resolved. I gave an alternate number to contact however got no message no calls. Since this issue i’m not getting business calls nor calls from family. As banking services sends verification codes on mobile, i cannot do online transactions. Having major issues due this problem.
