I made booking for a room through oyo for 11 September 2020 and paid amount online (booking id = OAMH0945) but when i reached the hotel , the owner of hotel refused to give me room saying that he do not accept bookings through oyo .then immediately I cancelled whole booking and claimed for refund. The oyo customer care also committed to give me refund but its now 3 days i didn’t get any money from then.I need money urgently.
